This is one replacement clamp for the Mini-Fini Bike Rack. This is the same bike rack that has been sold through the Mini Cooper dealerships. We are continuing the manufacture of this bike rack and are pleased to offer this replacement clamp. We have listened to our customer base and have strengthened the clamp to decrease the amount of defection as the bolts are tightened. The foam pads ARE included.
